Before that he was legislative aide to former City Councilmember Peter Steinbrueck and manager of the Tobacco Prevention Program at Public Health Seattle King County, Regional Health Officer for Seattle and Neighborhood Development Manger for the South West Sector in the City's Department of Neighborhoods.
