I'm not just saying that to be nice. It's concise and comprehensable, thus transparent. Its reasonable tone is wise. Some people like me may be totally disturbed by City Hall shenanigans (or whatever you want to call its shortcomings), but reasonable reports are important to rebuild public confidence. The Deep-bore tunnel is a terrible mistake and you know it. Keep playing the political game shrewdly and Seattle will get the best possible replacement for the AWV.
